The weekend of literary excitement will kick off on Friday at 10AM and will include seminars and panel discussions on publishing and marketing your literary works. The days activities will wrap up with a private reception for authors and invited guests. Saturday's festival will get underway at 10AM and last until 7PM. A private party for authors and invited guests will be held from 8PM-11PM and will feature live entertainment. Sunday's activities will be from 12 noon until 5PM and will include a video recording of THE WRITERS' NOTEBOOK TV SHOW. The show will debut in Atlanta and reach over 1 million households each week. Future plans include broadcasting the program in other major cities.

Several options are available for authors to promote and market their literary works before, during and after the festival.

Exhibit space - 3 days @ $150 (registration rate until April 2 , after - $175)
On-stage readings during festival - $15 each reading
Guest interview on THE WRITERS' NOTEBOOK TV SHOW - $175 (reach over 1 million households)
Production and broadcasting of a TV commercial for your book-includes DVD and file for website - $150
Website advertising - $1 per day - includes this website and The Writers' Notebook TV Show (minimum 90 days required)
